So, I actually got to ride my horse on Monday, very exciting stuff. We went out bareback, in the daylight, in the arena. First time at Cameo Farms that I have accomplished that, and definitely the first time on her by myself that I didn't feel afraid.
That said, it was a very short session of walking and bending and halting. Short but exhilarating. I think I groomed her longer than I rode her:)
